Cancellation Policy

How to request cancellation

Contact customer support with your order number and request to cancel or change the order. Sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation. We will check the fulfillment status and respond.

Orders in progress or shipped

Whether an order can be changed depends on whether it has entered preparation, cutting or shipment. If it has shipped, ask for return instructions. Confirm any special-order cancellation conditions before purchasing.

Payments & refunds

If cancellation is confirmed, we will explain the payment status and any refund due, including the expected processing timeframe. Do not submit a duplicate order if you are unsure whether the original payment was processed.
